I STRAIT OF GIBRALTAR TROPHEE. FOG

The `Asociación Sociocultural de Estrategia y Modelismo del Campo de Gibraltar (ASEMCAG)´ is glad to announce its first contests of historic wargaming, involving both Field of Glory y De Bellis Antiquitatis rules in separate competition.
The event will take place in “Algeciras” hostel, a beautiful place in the bounds of the ancient woods of Parque de los Alcornocales, with great views of the Strait of Gibraltar and Bay of Algeciras, whose waters were once sailed by tartesians, carthaginians, greeks romans, goths and arabs. It´s placed only 30 minutes away from Gibraltar Airport.

800 pts armies of any legal list. 15 mm. scale.

2º DATE AND TIMETABLE

Date : january 29th and 30th 2011
Inscr. 15 € (free for ASEMCAG members)

Sat. 10:15-14:00 1st round
Sat. 14.00-15.30 Lunch
Sat 16.00-19.45 2nd round
Sun 09.00-12.45 3rd round
Sun 13.00-13:45 lunch
Sun 13:45-17:30 4th round
Sun 18:00 Prices, trophees, glory and farewell.

3º TERRAIN
Each placer must provide his own terrain pieces.

4º POOLS
It will be only one pool of players of all periods. Lists must be sent before january 15th to the mail below.

5º POINT SYSTEM.
There will be a double point system.
aThe main one will count points as follows, according to victory degrees described in the rules (see page 118):
Loss or Draw if none player causes more less than 6 PA......... 0 pts.
Draw If any player causes 6 to 8 PA........................... 1 pts.
Draw if any placer causes 9 PA or more ..................... 2 pts.
Lesser victory .................................................................. 3 pts.
Moderate victory ................................................................. 4 pts.
Decisive victory/broken army .................................................. 5 pts.
The clasification will be determined by this point system
