No confirmation e-mail

Yesterday evening I ordered Egypt on-line and received payment receipt of SS_523 with ID of 887620347 for $34.53. I have not yet received a confirmation e-mail so was a little concern about order status. Is there anyway I can view my orders from the Slitherine website or elsewhere? Did my order from yesterday take and is being processed? I normally order your games through Matrix games but this one was not available on their website. I enjoy Slitherine games greatly and owned abouta dozen of them; I am waiting for Naploeonic Field of Glory to try that interesting series though normally I am a top-level strategy sort. Same question: Today I ordered Field of Glory (PC) on-line and only received payment receipt of SS_530 of 991103962 for EUR42.17. But I doubt that the spam filter might have blocked any email.

Other question: will I be able to download the game while waiting for the disk? It was not very clear.

the payment receipt mail was the one we were referring to. At the moment we dont have the ability to offer you the chance to download as well as have the boxed game - it requires an upgraded system which we are looking at for the future but its not yet available. Your order was dispatched earlier today and should be with you next week.
