At the beginning of the self made desert scenario, I noticed that the 88 moves!

Well it SHOULD move if it's loaded in a truck.

Experience Ratio = (def exp level + 2)/(att exp level + 2)
Entrenchment Ratio = (def entr rate + 1) /(att entr rate + 1)

It's a bug which only now seems to be showing up - fixed in the next version.
