SetWeather(1) = Rain.
Use 2 to make it snow IIRC.
For night time, a loop is used to modify the LOS for each unit.
I want to put in a suggestion, that lighting could be used to simulate some lightning flashes to combine with the rain for a third option (STORM).
I actually liked the low ambient rain sounds in PGIII during their rain. It added a little bit more immersion.
Experience Ratio = (def exp level + 2)/(att exp level + 2)
Entrenchment Ratio = (def entr rate + 1) /(att entr rate + 1)
