has any one been able to play this? I'm still getting an error msg when I try to load up the axis 1st turn.

Yes, I couldn't get in with 0.7 either. I wasn't sure if it was a new one you started, or an older one we tried before. The furthest I got I think was one turn deep before.

Entrenchment Ratio = (def entr rate + 1) /(att entr rate + 1)

1'st Error msg as follows
Failed to fetch data from battle state: Sizes do not match: state:1 !=call:80 (0)

2'nd error msg
*** Unhandled Exception! ExpCode: 0x80000003 ExpFlags:0 ExpAddress: 0x7c90120E Please Report

Checking it out now - not sure what in the mission could cause that kind of issue.
