Low Countries (Maximilian) List Error?

This list has two English longbow slots available. Apparently identical save one allows fewer than the other to be chosen (but one may take both to the maximum). I assume this is unintended.
Playing as:
Danish - Won 1, Lost 2
Lancastrians - Won 3, Lost 3
Milanese - Lost 1
Scots Isles and Highlands - Lost 1
Swiss - Won 25, Lost 3

The first line of longbow in the TT list applies before 1478, the second from 1478 on so should probablynot be included in the Maximilian list. Lance armed Feudal men-at-arms are only allowed before 1465 so should also not be included.
