Fed up with Matrix games

Hi

I bought FoG through Matrix Games - and now every time you release an update there is a delay before I can get it ... so SoA is not available to me yet.

Also when you release a FoG patch (like 1.2.5 today) I download it but it then says it is not compatible with my software (presumably because I bought it from Matrix). So I have to wait for them to sort their lives out and make it available. It is not there yet so all my multiplayer games are broken.

Why oh why have you got yourselves into this mess? Just release direct to customer and have done with it. What possible value do Matrix Games add?

Can I please get moved from the Matrix Games version of your product to the regular Slitherine version ???

Hi Simon

I replied in your other post. This is really our fault in bnot getting the files to Matrix in time to build the patches. We were running late and we delievred them the final files this morning, and they were not even up yet so they're doing the best they can. We discussed with them yesterday how best we can improve this for everyone goign forwards and think we have a good plan for the future. Apologies to anyone who is having to wait another day for the patch (if they dont get it out today).

Thanks but you didn't reply to my question. Do I have to stick with the Matrix version - or can I change to a regular Slitherine version of the game now please??

Matrix will always be an afterthought and I would much rather deal direct with you for new releases.

After Storm of Arrows the patches and versions will be completely cross compatible.
