How can I login in Multiplayer Game?

Hi

I have FOG updated to last version. But I could not log in "Multiplayer", I have created new user with different name in Slitherine website succesfully but this new user still can not make log in.

Somebody have some guide, tutorial, idea about how make multiplayer user to Field of Glory?

I registered the game some months ago but I don't remember user, password of register and I don't know how recover it.
