Bit confused on the promo - only option available is the download but your promo mentions the boxed version?

The plan was to only sell the boxed copy from tomorrow but to keep it simple we'll say anyone who orders the boxed version today or tomorrow qualifies for this. We've activated the boxed version so anyone who buys until the end of tomorrow will qualify for this.

I downloaded the bonus and installed it, but don't see a way to access it. It doesn't show up under Campaigns.

You have to create a new pilot and when you do select the side you want to play. Each pilot has a different nationality.
