POAs for attacker and defender in clear applied incorrectly

Seems like the terrain affects on POA are not being correctly applied. I charged Thracians in the woods with Companions in the open and according to the Display window the Companions counted as severely disordered but counted both the POA for lance and the POA for mounted fighting MF in the open. Similarly for Pike fighting against MF in scrub (but not woods since being very disordered cancels the pike factor.) I will email screen shots showing the details.
