Grand battle groups and special instructions.

In several lists you have special instructions involving relative numbers of BGs.

Allowing for Grand Battle Groups there is a need to consider whether you really mean BGs or BG equivalents?

Good point - I have always meant actual BGs. Should we have some wording in the Appendix explaining this?
