Problems running after the patch or RoR update?

Some people have had problems updating directly to v1.1.0.

We're not sure why this is but they solved their problems by going from 1.0, or 1.01 to 1.03 first, then upgrding to 1.1.0. We can't see how it would work for some people but others so we will investiagte. For now though, if you are having problems please apply this 1.03 patch before you upgrade to Rise of Rome or the 1.1.0 FoG version.

I haven't bought RoR yet, but I have upgraded to 1.1.0. If I buy RoR, can I install it with 1.1.0 already running?
