I just found out that all challenges I see has a padlock, Open and private alike.

They are all private - scroll down and you'll see open challenges. We probably need a filter - too many challenges are going up!

I always flip the order of challenges so that I see the latest at the top.
Now the padlocks doesn't follow. So, as you say if a have the most recent ones in the bottom they shows as open but when they
are at the top they get a padlock beside them. No problem when I know about it but can be a bit confusing.
