For security, never post your order number on the forums. Did you have problems downloading the installer? You'll need to work out why before trying to redownload or you'll just run into the same issues again.

Sorry you are having problems. Please send us your order number at info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll investigate. Some anti virus programs rotate your IP address and fool the server in to thinking you have downloaded the game too many times. Some download managers also cause problems so turn them off before you try again.
