Lake Trasimine 217BC Scenario

I've made a "custom game" of the original Lake Trasimine 217BC scenario included with FoG. In the revised version all of the Roman leaders and cavalry begin the game Fragmented, and the remainder of the Romans are Disrupted. It makes for a better ambush. This scenario does not overwrite the original one, nor does it change any of the core game files.
