Commanders: How Do I make them TC, FC, or IC???

Commanders: How Do I make them TC, FC, or IC???

Commanders when I place them seem to be FC. How do I reduce them to TC status or up them to IC?

Shift, right click opens up the commander dialogue. You can change their values there.
