Full Sequence and Setup Page

A quick question, I played at a tournement in Australia recently and one of the players had the Full Sequence page and Setup page in a PDF format. He said he got it from this forum. Can anyone point me to it. Thanks

If push comes to shove, you can always photocopy them from page 168 (turn sequence) and the last page of your rule book (game set up) FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Meaning----as long as you don't sell or distribute them or engage in or help another to pirate the game.

There was a thread with it on this forum at one point. Should have been a sticky. Now its probably quite a few pages back.
