No opponent army seen in multi-player game

Hi,

I have just started a new game with an opponent. I cant see the enemy army and it will only let me move units behind me. I noticed something funny in a game that just finished. Near the end it was reporting combats and losses being taken but no enemy displayed.

Any ideas? Ive tried reloading the game several times..

Is your new gamer using free deployment? If so, you have to deploy your troops before you see your opponent's. He will have to do the same. After you each have a deployment "turn" then the normal game will begin.

It's probably a free-deployment game. You deplay how you want in the available area, end the turn and it should work.
