Transports for AXIS???

How do I get Transport Ships for the AXIS? Conquered Most of Europe and need to move troops onto England.

Move your unit to a hex that's adjacent to a port. Next turn you will see that the unload unit (next to the rail unit) button will highlight. If you click on the unit and then the unload unit button then your unit will become a transport you can move where you want. When you're at a coastal hex at the start of a turn you can click on the unload unit button again.
