i've ordered and downloaded field of glory successfully. but in my account\view orders there is the following message: "No orders were found for this login. Please contact technical support if you have placed an order and cannot find it."

now, why is my order not visible there?

Sorry for the confusion. The payment proce for digital downloads is handled by Digital River and we canot see when sales occur so we cannot store and report this information.

Currently we handle physical purchases directly and store this information. We're looking for a more integrated approach for the future but this is why you cant see anything.

How can I make sure that you have received my pre-order for Rise of Rome. I have a mail from PayPal.

Do you mail out the download link when the game is ready or ?
