Baecula scenario

I've also prepared this scenario about the battle of Baecula, fought in 208 BC on the spanish hills between the Romans and the Carthaginians.
It is quite interesting due to the unusual disposition of the Roman forces, deployed with the heavy infantry on the wings and with the light forces in the center.

I am trying to download the file, but am unfamiliar with the .rar format. I assume this is a compression format - how do I uncompress? Is this one of the Apple things?
