Unable to purchase Field of Glory digital

I tried to purchase Field of Glory digital through the website and entered my details and the promo code I received through my e-mail.

Unfortunately, everytime I tried, the site said that it was unable to verify my order. Please help!

Sorry you are having probelms. Can you tell us esxactly which screen you were on when the problem occurred?

It was on the check-out screen after I entered my credit card details.

If you could send a screenshot to info@slitherine.co.uk it would be very useful. I will have to chase digital river to find out what the problme is as it is in their system by the time you are on the checkout page.

Thanks - we'll investiaget as this is a big problem for us - I dont know how many orders we have lost through this error in the digitial river payment system

Digital River have asked for your order details. Could you mail me your name and address you used to info@slitherine.co.uk and we will investigate further and hopefully fix the problem.

They said they hd contacted you and resolved the problem. I'm assuming that is not the case...

Can you give a quick try and see if it is working now and if not let me know and I'll chase them again...

I am having exactly the same problem, the screenshot is the same.

Can you help? You must be losing a lot of sales as most people will give up after a while

Can you send your details to info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll investigate.

One thing to do is avoid using free e-mail addresses when entering details at DR if you can. Digital River does not like those sometimes. I've asked them to chaneg their system but they are refusing to budge...
