Bug report.

Hi my current game against Cobra12(Romans) Cisalpine Gaul.
I ended a turn, it said Sorry can't give orders now.
I tried again, this time it worked.
I got response turn and now about 50% of my units will not move on my turn.
I will just leave the game saved until u get a look at it.

I'll pass this to Keith/Eric. We've just found and fixed a similar problem so it might already be sorted in the patch.

Hi, We have found and fixed the problem but not for the 103 patch :-(
