2 white bands in the bottom and right side of the screen

2 white bands in the bottom and right side of the screen

On the right side and bottom side of the screen, I see a white line the cover about 10% of battlefield.
It seems the screen not well centered too.

In the game configuration section, I don't see any parameter for adjustin resolution.
What can I do to eliminate those 2 white bands?
