Cohesion test with one hit in missile combat?

I have seen cohesion test in missile combat after taking just one hit. Is it right? Rules says with 2 or more hits

How did you know its just one hit? Have you looked at help on missle combat and on cohesion tests?

The felp file says: "On receiving two or more hits from shooting. "
And I know it was only one hit because i read it in the information window in the game
