Download error message

I recently back on 16 Hun purchased Conquest! medival realm by download. It worked fine until I lost my harddrive. I tried to download it on to my newly repaired computer on 5 Sep but got a message that more than 60 days had passed and contact Digitial River. I sent an e-mail to them and wished to check with your fine company if I could be given a way to have an opportunity to download the game again given the circumstances. I have my order number and the serial number for the game if needed to help resolve this issue. I appreciate your time and consideration in this matte.
