In the Operation Downfall scenario of the US Pacific campaign, a Japanese Type 96 Triple 25 mm AA unit is based on an islet in Tokyo Bay. Yet, the islet does not have a land supply hex; thus, the AA unit’s efficiency dwindles to zero on its own.

The islet should have a land supply hex with a supply output of at least 2 to accommodate its AA unit.
