[Gameplay Bug][Guam missing land supply hex in Philippine Sea scenario][New]

In the Philippine Sea scenario of the US Pacific campaign, a Japanese Type 96 Triple 25 mm AA unit is based on Guam Island. Yet, Guam does not have any land supply hexes; thus, the AA unit’s efficiency dwindles to zero on its own.

Guam should have a land supply hex with a supply output of at least 2 to accommodate its AA unit.
