Game Worked but now it wont?

game has worked fine for the last few days. I have gone to start today and blank it dont work. I click on the icon on the desk top and in the start menu and nothing happens and i mean nothing. The hour glass comes up for about 1 sec and then nothing. I have unstalled and reinstalled and it still will not start. Any help would be great as I love this game and would like to keep playing.

i have just deleted the CEAW file from my docs and it starts but if i put it back it no longer starts?

It sounds like something has become corrupt - maybe in the ini file. Try copying over saved games without the other files and see if you can load them up, or just remove the dir if you dont need any of the saves in it.
