Can't move my units

When I load a saved file I am now unable to move any of my units, even the ones that have movement points. I can select a unit but get no movement pips. If an enemy unit happens to be adjacent to it, I can attack. [See screenshot.] I do see movement pips when an enemy unit is selected. The problem appears to be retroactively applied to all my saved files. I loaded saved and autosaved files from both within the current campaign [El Alamein, North Africa 1941] and prior campaigns [tutorial] with the same result. As a test, I started up a new standalone scenario [Milan]. It loaded fine and I was able to select and move units. But when I saved then loaded that scenario I had the same issue. A search turns up no support topics that appear to apply. I am running x64 Windows 10 with 16MB RAM with integrated graphics. I first experienced this issue today, 2/18/2026. The last system update occurred on 2/16/26, so I was able to play with good files for a full day before the problem occurred. In the attached zip file is an El Alamein saved file, a screenshot from that file, and the only log file that I see in the folder [a terrain log]. I can try to reinstall if that is recommended but would like some assurance that the game files are still working and that the problem won't keep occurring. I am unable to maintain my addiction. Please help!

Never mind. I restarted the computer and things seem to be working now. What is the FIRST thing I tell my parents when they call their personal IT Support guy? "Did you restart the computer?" I'll leave the post up a couple days then delete it. [So others have a chance to roll their eyes at me too.]
