Cannot properly enter credit card info to purchase order.

Whenever I get to the page where I can submit my payment info to order, I get a pop-up at the top saying "Could not retrieve pfToken from BlueSnap." The spaces to enter the Credit Card Number, Security Code and Expiration Date don't appear, leaving only the Name on Card field making it impossible to actually order what's in my cart. The same thing goes for the Paypal option, any time I click on it and click order it just goes to an Error - Shopping Card page. Any idea what may be causing this? Any help would be appreciated!
