Tournament - Weird Scoring Result

I played the first round of one of the Tournaments and I finished both sides in time and got an end score. It was something like 60-75 with me losing. And now in the scoring table I receive only 18 points instead of the 60 point because I "timed out"? But I finished both sides of the game in time, got both end results. Should I cry now? Or yell? Or just enjoy the pain inflicted on me by an in-just company? Just kidding, but it feels like a bug or error or mistake, maybe a good thing to keep an eye on?
