fighter distance + damage

Post by FrancoisPhilidor »

Have you guys ever noticed that a fighter seems to deal less damage if it comes flying from far away?

Naval does similar as it can optimise damage subject to the hex you move to.

It makes some sense fo reasons I struggle to articulate but it seems right.

well yeah naval does the same, but that's well documented in the tutorial and manual. But there is no mention of this for air units anywhere

A fighter moving a long distance means less time spent in the target area.
Makes sense to me, but should have been documented.
