offense calculations

anyone know how you calculate Rapid Fire and Precision weapon into Infantry and Tank attack power. ex. is an 11 soft attack with 1,5x rapid + Precision Weapon more powerful than a 14 soft attack? or how do you calculate rapid 1.5 vs added soft attacks? awards and Heroes will Be +1,+2, etc. soft attack. and is it the same with Hard attacks? is there another factor in the attack power calculation I'm not considering? thanks

thanks. never realized there r so many attacks? I think I need to focus more on Close Defense in Infantry Attack?
