No Trait Selection Start of 1943

Hi,

I just finished the 1942 Axis DLC and transferred my force over into 1943.
Now I do not get a Trait selection in the first mission. ( Protecting High Command)
Is that correct? Will the selection come later?
Because if I load a new campaign without transferring my force, I get one immediatly.
