Eagle Day Bombing the Reich

Hey has anyone else ran into the issue with Bombing the Reich where if you Alt+Tab it will cause the screen to glitch and turn the buttons into green. I have updated the game to latest update and still am having this issue. Thanks in advance!

Dear moderator - for the second time I have lost in 1944 campaign , playing as allies - Game stopped on the 24/7 - 2 months of playtime with most airforces locked to AVALANCHE and OVERLORD only, steadily eroding the score of industry. Lost screen appear - score 3-4-14 on the parameters. What on earth do I do wrong ? How to overcome and proceed into strategic targets, ie. august 1944 onwards.
