Routers who don't rout

In the current FoG Medieval tournament I currently have had a Mongol cavalry pursuing a broken Raw Crossbowmen. For at least the last two of my turns and one of my opponents, these routers have not moved at all. this has allowed my opponent to bring up troops and now charge my pursuing cavalry in the rear with knights and a mounted crossbowmen reducing it to fragged. The routers move is not blocked and I see no other reason it isn't routing. Should I give up this game as hopelessly corrupted???

It does sound like a bug. Presumably the game has ended now anyway.
