BA multiplayer login not working

I've tried to troubleshoot myself via the forums but no luck.

I just bought BA thru Steam and tried using my Slitherine login to setup a multiplayer, but getting the following error:
Missing_IDS_login_error-3

I've reset my slitherine password for
Hollywood7


but not working.

How do I get it going? My brother bought it as well so we can play, so need to get this working

That error usually means that the game cannot connect through your firewall. If you go to the campaign list, and go into the user content panel, do you see a list of user content you can download?

Thanks for the reply. Yes - I see the Campaign download menu and when I click on the first one, it takes me to Steam to complete the purchase.

Then you have hit the wrong button You need to hit the rightmost button top right, that looks like folders



This should show a list of user content, the first entry being "Fields of Fire" right now.
