NATO unit ICONS

Looking for a mod that replaces the rediculously oversized toy like unit icons with smaller standard NATO unit icons. Is there a mod that will do this? If so where can I find it?

From watching a number of YouTube videos Escalation looks and feels like it may be a winner. Unfortunately the nature of the graphics are so very, very annoying that I could barely get thru some of the videos because of it. I'd like very much to get this game but unless the toy unit icons are replaced with something else more pleasing to the eye (like NATO symbol icons) I just don't see a purchase in my future. Too bad for me.
