SOE spanish problem can't complete

I have been paying the SOE mod and have found it quite good and challenging. I am currently in SCW. I am in a mission where you have to take a city and then escort the Nationalist general to another city. I took the required city but no general icon spawned, so nothing to escort. I tried taking the unit that took the city to the escort zone but the game will not end. After the Spanish turn it just hangs there. The turn will not end and the only way out is to quit to desktop.
Is there a code I can just put in to complete the mission as the entire campaign is frozen now. This is the second time I have gotten to end of mission and both times the game never completes the last Spanish turn.

I don’t know the scenario, but you can type “runany Victory 0” in the chat and it will give you a victory.
