I did see this post but the issue with this one Is that I bought them with a guest account...

yes, that's fine, but did you still use the email from the one you signed up for?

if yes it will be in your account, if no, then yes you will need to check your spam folder of the email address given on buyinh to see where the serial numbers have been sent to are there, if not, you will need to contact support
