Legion Arena Will not work

I have a new computer and i deceided to buy Legion Arena as it looked like a good game.

I have installed the game and watched the movie at the begining, then the game just froze and the screen splits intop 16 boxes and then you can't play the game.

Why can't I play the game.

I have read some comments on this forum about drivers and so on. I don't think that would help me as my computer is new?

What do i do. Publisher is revival

The screen tiling is a known bug in Vista (which I assume you are running) graphics drivers. This bug appeared years after the game shipped, and as such we can't really fix it within the game code. Others have had some success installing older nVidia drivers from prior to the introduction of the bug.

There are some details on this in the Great Battles of Rome tech support forum (GBoR and Legion Arena share a common codebase). As I state there, we have contacted nVidia to ask them to fix the bug, but unfortunately I can't say when they will deal with it.

Nevertheless, it would be useful if you could let us know the spec of your machine (there are details in the Sticky at the top of the GBoR tech support forum).
