[Change-Request][Relocate Xuzhou scenario on campaign map][New]

Before loading the Xuzhou scenario of the Morning Sun campaign, the player could see the campaign map showing Xuzhou centered with a white circle:

However, the location of Xuzhou on the campaign map is incorrect. In reality, Xuzhou is located a bit to the east of the center of the white circle. Here is a part of a map published in July 1939 featuring Xuzhou:

I have marked a meridian and a parallel crossing Xuzhou so whoever moves the white circle could determine the relative location of the city with the help of the lines’ intersections with borders and coastlines. I request the Xuzhou scenario be relocated to where Xuzhou actually is located on the Morning Sun campaign map.
