Crash clicking load button

Post by Rolufe »

I start the game and then click load to load my saved game but it just crashes.

Video showing the error messages bellow

Tried following another guide on how to fix this kind of problem that told me to change the registry version of directx. It didnt work and now i got some odd version number and i didnt save the original one. Either way problem remains the same. I cant load any saves so i cant really play the game.

Edit: Fixed it by uninstalling the game then removing the folder in C:documents/My games Then reinstalled it and now it works fine. I however saved my old save folder and when i put it back in it stopped working. So something wasnt working with the old savefiles. Most if not all is so old i dont remember what they are anyway so might as well just delete them and get back to playing from the start.

I would suggest adding the files back one by one until you discover which file is corrupted.

Cheers
