CW II expansion Bloody Road South, and Steam

Hi.

I bought the CV II at steam, and now the expansion here, but steam doesnt accept the code for the expansion and so I cannot use it.

Is this normal for some reason? Can I get the steam code if it is not the one I got? Can it be solved in any way?

Else, can I get a refund? I bought it today

Never mind, even though Steam rejected the first key, and then I went to my page and got the Steam Key and Steam rejected it again (this time because it said the expansion was already installed, although there was no trace of it in the name of my game in the Library or any other iteration like in other games which create another reference in the Library...
... however, I have seen the new campaigns are inside, in fact.

Bad installation procedure but at least I can play it.
