Worse-than-usual difficulties uploading MP turn to server, Aug 4

I have encountered this problem with several multiplayer games starting around GMT 0830 on Aug 4.

The server does not seem to be accepting my uploaded turns after I move my units, forcing me to retry multiple times. It does seem to work on some attempts, although it might require me to abandon the turn and try again.

I have encountered similar turn uploading problems many times before, but with two key differences.

1) The server displays my games and downloads multiplayer games without any issues. Only the upload is unreliable.
2) Previously, I received the confirmation message that the turn failed to upload, but the game did move from my queue to the opponent's queue. This time the game remains in my queue.

Usually the server's failure to download meant that I had some indication in advance of whether a turn would fail to upload. On this occasion, however, I can only use trial and error after multiple attempts to redo my turn, which I am concerned will trigger the cheat detector.
