Village Green.

Has something changed with this? In the past when I built them, I was always able to get the upgrades. Now they never show. I've played 600-800 turns using various factions. Another thing, the upgrade doesn't show up in the available structures area. Perhaps the last update changed something?

I can't recall if this was an upgradable build or is it one of the ones that disappears after a specific population level?

It's an upgradable build and it disappears at 20 population. The 1st upgrade is Open Square.

You need a town in addition to village green for the open square.
