You can play any of the years u own modded. if u own only 41, u can play 41. if u own all the DLCs u can play SCW till 45 and soon 46, which is currently being worked on.

the mod only has the maps in it. if u don´t have the propper flags from buying DLCs, the base game will prevent u from playing maps u don´t have the DLC for. This is nothing we can help u with. please contact slitherine support for that.

A good way to get around any shannanigans the base game plays on u, register the whole game including all games on steam and play from there. getting the mod on steam is just 2 clicks.
