I doubt this comes up very much, but if by any chance you are planning to do tournaments from northern India, here's a PSA:

I was in the state of Ladakh, and I was unable to do any turns or even access the Slitherine website, from any device, to send DMs to my opponents. I could not also access the Matrix website.

My guess is that the infrastructure runs through neighboring Jammu & Kashmir and that the auto-ban software was tripped by "Ghaznavid" or something.
