REQ: Color scheme

The only thing I miss from Slay is the ability to choose a different color scheme.

As is the case with Slay, the default color scheme has some of the colors which are very alike, making it hard to get a quick overview.

In Slay I simply go with the Pastel color scheme. While not particulary pretty, it provides an EXCELLENT overview of the map, thus making each turn even faster to play - which is one of the trademarks of this game: sophisticated, yet fast to play :wink:

Unfortunately, due to the more complex nature of the artwork a new colour scheme would require a lot of extra work and a lot of new art assets (which would drastically increase not only the size of the game, but the memory requirements to run it).

Oh... I figured it could be done by a simple alpha-channel overlay. Oh well, not a huge issue anyway, just nice-to-have :)

We did try it that way initially - but it never quite came out right, the colours tended to be too heavily saturated.
